Return Policy
We cannot accept returns on items that have been engraved upon. If there was an error on our behalf, we will gladly repair or replace your product. Unused, undamaged, and non-engraved products may be eligible for return and must be approved prior to return by contacting WeissPens.com first. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and the original shipping and handling cost will be deducted from the cost of the original purchase.
Shipping
We ship USPS on USA purchases. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and International should be expected to take longer to be delivered. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard rate, USA orders. Sorry, but we cannot afford to offer free shipping to Canada or other international destinations.
For international orders, please understand that there may be taxes or brokerage fees on your shipment and the recipient (you) would be responsible for such fees.
